Not disappointed. Sitting under it now. It was left outside my apartment, I live in a New York Brownstone. There were a few small nicks in the poles and some thin spots in the fabric. Quite a few thin spots in the fabric, easy to notice when you look up. I suspect it will require me to replace the the awning sooner than later.I've had it up in my yard for weeks now with no problems. I've used 10 X 10 pop ups for years for Art Fairs, it's amazing how roomy this 6 X 6 is. My next purchase will be 5 X 5. To bad most of the smaller ones cost more than the larger tents. I would recommend this product. Coloring appears to be more white than grey.
