I bought this last second for an outdoor vending event which had different size requirements than I'm used to. The customer service was prompt and informative. Unfortunately the shipment arrived a day later than the customer service rep said it would, but that is FedEx's issue, not theirs. Luckily I was still able to pick it up in time.The kicker was, when I opened the tent at the event and went to erect it, one of the joints was broken. The holes in the plastic joint were stripped and so the screws (which were still screwed into the metal leg) slipped right through it, causing the tent to not function properly. We HAD to use it so we ended up spending half an hour of set up time to rig it with duct tape. I already threw out the cardboard box and this thing was a big enough pain to obtain so I'm not trying to return it. Just know that you get what you pay for: cheap item, cheaply made. BUT the company was a good company to work with, which is why I gave this as high a rating as I did.

had to order 8x8 for a craft fair that only has 8x8 spaces all outher fair I do are 10x10 or larger this will work great note this is a back up
