Shelter was estimated to arrive on November 13th, but actually showed up on November 7th. Delivery driver unloaded the 150 lb item from his truck, right into the bed of my pickup. Freight company gave me a 3 hour window on the day of delivery and actually came 1/2 hour before that. Great experience with the freight company ABF.I grabbed a neighbor and commenced setting it up. As some reviewers have mentioned, some of the poles don't fit together perfectly because of excess paint on the edges, and one or two were slightly out of round, but that didn't slow us down much.The package had all the required parts, including four extra bungie cords. The poles and parts are all numbered making the assembly process a breeze. The included instructions were clear and easy to follow.A ladder, rubber mallet and pliers were all we needed for tools. I do believe I will try to improve the ground anchoring system. I have sandy soil, so something spiral will work better here than the straight anchors provided.My boat is 17 1/2' long by 8' wide. Boat and trailer fit perfectly under the shelter. This shelter will serve its purpose, to keep the sun and rain off my boat.

We had a missing piece and a defective piece and I have been waiting for a response from the company. I am not happy at all. I am sure the canopy would be great with all the pieces but unfortunately, they aren't worried about pleasing the customers.

I wanted a sun shelter for my four dogs. We had a dog run that was 12 x 20, so we set this up inside. It was a little difficult to figure out at first. I hired a man to do the work and he said the instructions weren't as clear as they could be. However, he did the work all by himself in less than two hours. It's exactly what I hoped it would be and the dogs have the shade they need. It gets hot in Arizona!!
